The location was perfect and particularly good, just off the mall and metro station and the main metro station and supermarkets and international fast food stalls are available. Furthermore, in the heart of the city.

Everything was in perfect shape, the air conditioning was super silent and efficient, and the Metro station was really close. The hotel was brand new, the room was awesome, the bed was jaw-droppingly comfy, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and respectful, especially Roma and Ariane. The location was EXCELLENT, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including our favorite, Juice World. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and check-in was hassle-free. The place smelled incredible, and it was the best value for money. The breakfast was delicious, and our whole stay was just mind-blowingly pleasant. We were shocked that it wasn't crowded.
